Ok let's go back is it 3 months or 3 years?

Three months. The high grade time-space pagoda opens once every 3 months, so students are allowed to spend 3 months real time (outside time)

Now where the confusion is, (the author was confused as well and wrote the opposite ratio lol), a normal grade pagoda where Tan Yun previously went in, a day outside in real time is equal to 2 days spent inside the pagoda

While in the high grade pagoda, from floor 1 to 99, a day in real time is equal to 10 days inside, and the last 9 floors (the author wrote 8 floors, which doesnt add up to floor 108 lol) a day outside is equal to 18 days inside the time-space pagoda, reason, so the is no time difference between floor 100 to 108, only the rewards obtained for reaching the respective floors

So three months time gives 1620 days which is 4.43 years inside the pagoda. And yes we were discussing about how ridiculous the time spent in a time-space pagoda or artifact just to level up the story will eventually progress when time spent inside a time-space is equal to thousands then 10,000s then 100,000s years, so yeah trillions of years spent inside the pagoda, while everyone mortal dies outside boring....

and his arms are just back wtf i was curious as to how they were going to get fixed..... honestly thought i missed a ep.........shame like did they just instantly re-attach or did they grow back like deadpool???.... guess they just re attached because he put them on ice but how did he fix them with no hands to weave signs????

Animation didn't explain Hongmeng body skill and why it is so OP.
- Recovery and regeneration. He can regrow limbs if needed np, simple reattachment is trivial from beginning layers. Eating pill would just speed up process a little. Problem is that he has to hide this ability
- Hongmeng body is the only physical body cultivation which also affects soul. So his normal Qi training is pretty much *2 when it is stacked with new layers of HB. Other ppl chance to fight over level gets weaker and weaker since there are larger gaps between levels and talent plays less and less role compared to level. He is complete opposite. The further he goes with both cultivations, the bigger level gap he can conquer
- Benefits like body size and elements have not yet even started taking effect at this point

Also, don't assume he is human and conditioned to same restraints. Having unique soul with 11 elements... too much spoiler

Last episode, he grows his arms, but not sure if it was with the help of the Padoga in healing him, because he was in the floor and then his arm were healed later.

No Duan Zhen was the deacon of the last pagoda he trained in. He is (was) a subordinate of the elder dickhead (LuWu) who keeps sending people to kill Tan Yun. He's the guy who just met Palace Mistress Subing at the end of the episode.
